Terms of Service

1. Service description

Platforma is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for housing associations, delivered as a hosted web application on Microsoft Azure. Features include website + CMS, CRM, member portal, bookings, and integrated operational tooling.

2. Acceptable use

  • You may not use the service to host illegal content.
  • You may not attempt to circumvent tenant isolation.
  • Automated scraping, denial-of-service, or load-testing without written agreement is prohibited.
  • Public-API rate limits and webhook delivery quotas apply.

3. Subscription, billing, and renewal

Plans renew automatically. You may cancel at any time effective at the next billing cycle. Refunds for partially-used billing periods are not provided unless required by consumer law.

4. Data ownership and export

Tenant data remains the property of the tenant. You may export your data at any time via the in-product data-rights page (/gdpr) or self-service download (/gdpr/download-my-data).

5. Service level

We target 99.5% monthly uptime measured against the public health endpoint. Status: platforma.nu/status. SLA credits, where applicable, are defined in the order form.

6. Privacy and data protection

7. Liability and warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranty beyond what is required by mandatory law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Danish courts.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
